If not, we can custom match a sample of your existing moulding or make a new profile knife from your drawing. We can produce virtually any profile in many different wood species and deliver directly to your shop or jobsite. | --------------------------------------------------------------------------We are a moulding shop located close to St. Marys and produce a variety of profiles for the kitchen, stair and handrail and furniture industries. We also produce a variety of custom mouldings for commercial millwork shops in the area. We use a 6 head Powerlock, Weinig moulder purchased new in 2011. Our goal is to maintain tolerances of +/- .10mm making an almost perfect profile match from run to run. We also offer profile sanding on select profiles which will drastically reduce time spent hand sanding. |
